Invitation is required to attend the shows at Fashion Tent and Fashion Promenade.
For Fashion Bay, invitation is not required.

Invitation for public show is not for sale

No. Please check our show schedule to know whether the show is open for public or not.

You can obtain the invitation through our website www.jakartafashionweek.co.id. Click the Schedule or Ticket menu, and then choose the show. Complete the registration form and Click Submit. You will get the show information. Our system will automatically send the invitation to your email.
You can also obtain the invitation directly from the designers who will perform at the Jakarta Fashion Week event (please contact them directly) or you can also obtain the invitation by participating in our quiz.

You will get a notification whether you get a seat or not. If you get a seat, your ticket will be send to your email. Please do check your SPAM folder if you could not find it in your INBOX.

No, the invitation will be sent to the requestor’s email as requested in the registration form. The invitation can be directly printed by the requestor. Invitation will not be valid if it is duplicated.

Yes, you can. You need to register in each show that you want to attend.

No, 1 invitation only valid for 1 show. If you order more than 1 show, you will get each invitation for each show.

Each show has its own invitation in order to facilitate the prospective viewers to enjoy the show at Jakarta Fashion Week.

After one show is ended, the venue will be cleaned up; therefore, the viewers are requested to leave the venue.

Color print is preferred but grayscale print is also acceptable.

No. Please bring your invitation. Without the invitation, you will not be able to enter the show area.

Invitation is only valid for 1 person in each show. The name in the invitation must be a same name as the requestor’s name.

If the invitation is sold out, you can come directly to the venue 30 minutes before the show starts. You can enter the show if there is a free seat. Committee can not guarantee whether your can enter the show or not.

Firstly, please re-check your email address during the registration. Before receiving the invitation via email, you will receive a notification email whether you get a seat or not. If you do not get a seat due to fully-booked, you will not get an invitation email. If you already received a notification email but do not receive an invitation email, you can print out the invitation at the JFW ticketing booth, JFW Lounge Pacific Place. Please bring your notification email print out with you.

If you do not come to the show until the door closed, your seat will be given to other people.

Your seating zone will be stated in your invitation, please feel free to ask the protocol team in the venue to show your seat.

Please wear comfortable clothes.
For several shows, there will be dress code as stated in the invitation.
