60 Leading Hairdresser at JFW 2014

There is always a backstage rush at the Jakarta Fashion Week 2014. The professional hairdressers are busy preparing the models in getting ready for every show. This year, L’Oréal Professionnel is back as a partner for the biggest fashion show in Indonesia, as they become the Official Backstage Partner for the second time. L’Oréal Professionnel will bring their 60 top hairdressers for the Jakarta Fashion Week backstage and present a cluster of inspiring hair shows as well as hair lounge during the week.

“L’Oréal Professionnel’s competence in hair styling is already widely recogized by the global fashion industry. In a yer, our hairdresser team handles more than 800 international shows at both backstage and main stage. This year, we are back to strengthen our partnership with the fashion industry by becoming the Official Backstage Partner of JFW 2014,” said Michel Toth, the General Manager Professionnel Products Division L’Oréal Indonesia.

Based on that mission, also this year L’Oréal Professionnel is back in holding the Hairdresser Hunt that all Indonesian women can join. The selection began on October 2nd 2013 to pick 60 top hairdressers to join the Official Backstage Hairstylist at the JFW 2014.

“The finalists will be trained by the training team of L’Oréal Professionnel as well as Qiqi Franky as the Head of Hair and Make-up of the JFW 2014. We will provide two trainings: the Basic Hairstyling training and High Fashion Styling training for three days, followed by the JFW training to discuss the hairstyle of each designer,” Said Yola Sutijiutomo, the Business Unit Manager L’Oréal Professionnel Indonesia.

Besides contributing in making new talents through the Hairdresser Hunt, L’Oréal Professionnel will also present two Hair Shows at the Atrium and Tent, Senayan City, Jakarta. Not to mention, the visitors of the JFW 2014 can have free international-level hair styling.
