Thailand Designers (AMATA & WATCHARA)

This year’s Jakarta Fashion Week 2014 was a breath of fresh air with the participation of two young talented Thailand designers, Amata & Watchara. They paraded their fascinating collection on the stage Fashion Atrium, Senayan City on October 21, 2013.

Both designers possessed their own character and singularity and showed their expertise on the stage. They also visited Indonesia in relation to cordial collaboration between the Thai Trade Center and Jakarta Fashion Week under the mission of ASEAN integrity.

This 30 minutes show was able to stun the guest and visitors of Senayan City. Amata’s collection came up with a rose-detailed wedding concept embellished with feminine colors tint depicted through design lines and modern silhouettes.

Meanwhile, Watchara’s collection performed no less riveting than Amata by presenting Thailand traditional-accented clothing that gave dynamic character through the combination of vivid and unique colors. Every piece of clothing was given chiffon ethnic motifs embellished with Swarovski crystal bringing us to another level of luxury and elegance of Thailand women.

The show sponsored by the Bangkok International Fashion Fair (BIFF) and Bangkok International Leather Fair (BIL) nicely ended by the collections’ overall appearance. Not to mention, the designers had a chance to meet and greet the audience.
