International Modestwear Collaboration
The two designer members of the Islamic Fashion and Design Council (IFDC), Amber Feroz from United Arab Emirates and Tahir Sultan from Kuwait featuring a classy and elegant style at the same time. They stole the attention of modestwear lovers in Jakarta Fashion Week 2016.
Located in Fashion Atrium, Senayan City, Tahir Sultan has presenting popular ready to wear modestwear, with its typical stylish designs. His understanding about fashion, art, architecture, and design directing his passion to go through the boundaries of style, shape, and function. The basic colors, such as white, black, and gray, used for blazers, blouses, trousers, and outer. Tahir Sultan also embedded blue and red colors into his collection as the attractive elements.
While Amber Feroz going through the boundaries by play with the shape and structure in designing a stylish yet wearable style. She made abaya as coats and outerwear, adding an elegant drape to make is looks understated. Amber Feroz’s collection is dominated by the all time attractive monochromatic colors; black and white. Blazer with unique cutting, outer with gold accents, and various collections of her designs can also be an inspiration for modestwear user. Men and women from the Istituto di Moda Burgo, Milan, Italy said that, her skillfulness in designing ready to wear clothes has merging boundary between modestwear and conventional fashion.
As a representative council of world's best creative talent association which specifically targeting Muslim segment, IFDC have a mission to facilitate its members in facing global market demands. Therefore, IFDC collaborating with the various institutions around the world, for instance Jakarta Fashion Week.
