Senayan City’s Color Expression and Happiness in Fashion Creation

Senayan City has always been consistent in supporting and providing a place for young designers to show off their works through the Capsule Collection. In this year’s Jakarta Fashion Week on Thursday, October 29 2015, Senayan City is exclusively partnering with three local fashion brand that already has an acknowledged image and loyal customer base. They are Danjyo Hiyoji, KLE, and Hunting Fields.
 
The show opened with Hunting Field’s collection "Zenith" which symbolizes the highest peak of human ability. This label displays simple and classic pieces with futuristic elements in color selection of black, navy, and gray with glitter accents. There are four main elements in each of the clothing, namely textured surface, transparent material, volume, and layering. Each of these elements give the impression of a quirky and different style for the wearer.

 
In the next sequence, KLE the label offers a bright collection in Strokes of Untouched. Each dress contains bright colors like abstract paintings with a predominance of dark blue, turquoise, peach, and red scratches. KLE offers loose-cutting pieces, casual dress, culottes, wide pants, and classic bomber jacket that makes it an easy-to-wear collection for all ages.
 
Danjyo Hiyoji gives a different look from the other two, entitled Chameleon. Danjyo presents eccentric displays that is flamboyant and daring, inspired by 80s singer Boy George. Bright colors such as blue, lemon yellow, pink, red, and bright green are combined with black, creating an impressive contrast. Cutting in their shirt, shorts, and the jumpsuit with sash gives a street style vibe, free without restrictions. This collection is more perfectly integrated, with the appearance of oversized outers in matching colors.
 
Senayan City also collaborates with TikPrive and Stella Rissa in aims to lift the image of traditional batik from ethnic clothing to a more modern level. The collab between TIKPrive X StellaRissa featured 24 looks, each using batik fabrics with exquisite patterns, but still made traditionally using heritage techniques and malam fabric dye. This collection creates a more contemporary batik charm with a variety of pieces such as casual dress, jumpsuit, crop top, culottes that is very suitable for a dynamic young woman.
