The Beauty of Forest and the Fairies

The beauty of the woods, Art Nouveau and Art Deco was presented on the third day show at Jakarta Fashion Week 2016 by designer Yenty Tan in "Enchanted Beauty". All those three concepts are intertwined and creating a beautiful series of fashion inspiration. Imagine walking along the shady trees, bypass the way, accompanied by beautiful forest fairies. Those contortions were shown in a series of beautiful dresses.
 
At the first part of her show, Yenty Tan featured models dressed in black tight dresses completed with gray transparent robe with sharp tendrils patterns. Followed with evening gowns, dominated with white color with black accents. Her sexy designs look features in the domination of straight cut silhouettes, and the bottoms gives a volume look, creating an aura of sexiness. Teasing skin tones and shadowing curves in a transparent lace, accompanied with small rose petals near the hemlines or 'creeping' in the chest and back. Mysterious and seductive.
 

Yenty Tan’s collection looks very attractive because of her simple yet elegant cutting, her high-level of sewing techniques and floral decorative details with its classic tendrils. In making her detailed patterns, Yenty Tan collaborated with Gladys Tannya. She’s also using laser cut techniques on her satin and synthetic leather materials, resulting in a consistent decor patterns.
 
On this collection, Yenty Tan chose a cold, mysterious color palette, such as white, black, ivory white, silver, gray, and midnight blue, but still gives a romantic touch. In the second part of her show, the elegant evening dresses are all in shades of gray, silver, and dark blue. There is a wide blue bottom pants styled with white top with layered embellishments that looks like tiny leaves, looking beautiful yet cheerful. The most eye-pleasing look for the night is a dark blue evening elegant dress.
 
Her signature wedding dress was shown in the last sequence. Four fancy ivory dresses demonstrated the delicate perfection of her creation, with complicated details done very neatly. One dress is a white-silver sparkling gown with tiny leaves details, in the next one Yenty showed a tight-fitting dress styled with transparent robe in vine patterns. Her exquisite lace works is shown in the last piece, also complete with the sheer robe. And that marks all the enchanted fairytale beauty.
