JFW Announces Foreign Buyers’ Participation

In September Lenni Tedja, the Director of JFW told the Indonesian media that she has received official information that for the Jakarta Fashion Week 2013, a number of foreign buyers have expressed strong interests to attend.

The buyers include Lambert & Associates, a buying house representing several well-known retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Lane Crawford, Joyce Ma and Fenwick. A senior representative from Harvey Nichols is also scheduled as well as one from online retailer Asos. Representatives from Isetan Department Stores from their stors in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore have also confirmed, as well as those from South Korea’s Shinsegae and Lotte. Lenni added that buyers from the soon-to-open Galleries Laffayette have also confirmed.
