The Splendor of World by IPMI Designers

IPMI designer presented the haute couture in the biggest fashion event, Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW) 2013, on November 9th 2012. Interpreting the globalization in each designs, the IPMI designers persuaded the fashion lovers to go round the world with a spectacular fashion show themed “Globalination”. 

With their own inspiration from cities and countries, the 12 designers adorned the runway. They were Adrianto Halim for Scotland, Ari Seputra for India, Carmanita for  Morocco, Chossy Latu for Las Vegas, Denny Wirawan for Meksico, Era Soekamto for Egypt, Kanaya Tabitha for Canada, Liliana Liem for Korea, Syahreza Muslim for China, Tuty Cholid for Middle East, Valentino Napitupulu for Tibet, and Yongki Budisutisna for Japan. They personally rendered five ensembles in this remarkable show.

Despite flew with a theme “Globalination” they still put their own identity on their designs. The highly elegance of Liliana Liem collection, the exquisite designs of Yongki Budisutisna, the plush Mexico style of Danny Wirawan, the funky collection of Adrianto Halim, up to the glamorous glimmering gowns of Chossy Latu  were depicted vividly in this fascinating show.
Those precious designs of IPMI maestro designers certified Era Sukamto’s word on the press conference about the concept of think globally, act locally. Those designs from local materials in jolt of international taste ultimately won the loudest burst of audience applause.
