The Application of Color Trend for Exterior and Interior
As well as fashion, interior and exterior decoration also has their owned color trend. The composition of color palette used to create the trend. This similarity encouraged Dulux, the premium quality paint and coating brand marketed by AkzoNobel, participated in Jakarta Fashion Week 2015.
Dulux brought four Indonesian brands to interpret the trend and color pallet for interior and exterior decoration in 2015, it was the Copper Orange. This color enlivened their creation with “Everyday+” as their theme, in day two of Jakarta Fashion Week 2015, Sunday, 2 November 2014 at Fashion Tent, Senayan City Jakarta. The show composed by ready to wear apparel from Milcah by Faustine Arthaputri and Eda Arthaputri, 8Eri by Eridani, N.F.R.T BY Prita Widyaputri and Theresia Alit Widyasari and Friederich Herman.
Trend color palette Big Nature+Smell Me represented the natural beauty of the burning sun of Arizona desert. The colors like soil, sephia, ocher, sienna and burnt clay, created a natural and strong tonal palette in Milcah’s design.
Layers+layers trend interpreted into the subtle color cluster which was dominated by soft colors and pastels. Green shoulder dress by N.F.R.T was the sweet sample to this color application. Likewise, the fade shade materials, layered and opaque that adds color depth, when applied to a blazer into frocks.
Sophisticated colors collection of Unseen Spaces, like blue, gray, khaki, neutral pink, and each had four tone options, presented by 8Eri. Her signature was drapery and silhouette resembled a dress.
And the last was Friedrich Herman, who applied the trend Him + Her color palette, which was focused on traditional feminine colors such as dark purple (damson), pink and beige, combined with masculine khaki, grey. The uniqueness of this collection was the brown soil vest, combined with a pair of pipe pants, wide on the bottom with unique stacked black and white detail
