Rama Dauhan, commonly known as Rama, graduated from ESMOD Jakarta in 2003, specializing in men’s clothing, recipient of the Golden Needle Award. Joining the creative team at (X)S.M.L as a women’s clothing designer for almost eight years provided him with the foundation to rebuild Danjyo Hiyoji in 2010-2012 with two of his colleagues.
Since 2012, Rama Dauhan boldly expand his horizons by opening his own fashion atelier focusing on custom made orders and active in the fashion industry. Rama Dauhan is well known for his edgy and original design lines in both women’s and men’s fashion collections. He has been experimenting with new trends and ideas for 20 years.
His passion and creativity in the fashion world prompted him to have his own dream of fashion atelier. Thus, Rama Dauhan Design Studio and Rama Dauhan Gold were formed.
