Indonesia Fashion Forward Glamour Parade

Jakarta, 2nd November 2014. Still from Indonesia Fashion Forward (IFF) series, last Saturday, 1st November at Jakarta Fashion Week 2015, four fashion designers categorize their collection into “Luxury” and “Premium Ready to Wear” at the Fashion Tent Senayan City. They were Billy Tjong, Andhita Siswandi, Tertia and Jii.

Glamorous impression strongly felt in this show. Still loyal to the digital print technique to make the motif, Billy Tjong showcased the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan life on some dresses. Another shocking surprise was the combination of the unfinished leather, metallic accessories and transparent detail on cropped tops or pencil skirt. 

The next sequence was from a young fashion designer, Andhita Siswandi. The girly style, full of flower embroidery was the main attraction. Blue, yellow, white, and lavender were the perfect choice for the sweet feminine style’s lovers. 

Tertia was in the third sequence, offered a collection with eclectic style titled “Dream Catcher”. Earthy-warm colors like brown, blue, turquoise, peach and green, was an “oasis”, soothing eye. The embroidery shaped dream catcher became the signature collection.

Jii appearance in the end of the show brought the nautical style, with the blue and white stripes, completed with the seagull motif. This collection is a relaxed yet chic style. Feminine ruffles on the sleeves or on the pencil skirt succeed attire the guest attention.
